Here is what I will do for you:

• Have a preliminary meeting to explain the buying process, terminology & various financing options
• Listen to your wants & needs for the home you are seeking and create a "Must Have" list.
• Go over the financing options that will best fit your needs and "crunch the numbers" to show you what a home will cost you as a monthly mortgage payment. Determine the amount required for settlement.
• Show you homes that qualify for your "Must Haves" list. No wasted time touring homes that don't fit your needs. I will drive you to these homes and discuss the benefits and diffrences of each property.
• I will write your sales contract and explain the components of the agreement. I will also guide you on making your offer to give you the best chance of getting the home you want.
• Coordinate with inspection companies to complete the various inspections in a timely manner. Assist in negotiations with the seller or sellers agent to make any needed repairs.
• Assist and guide you through the mortgage process.
• Coordinate settlement and accompany you to settlement.
